It's the final thing to make tbc flow right. I got pk'd because someone was in the way but they had fist so it was an rp fight 2v1 with rolls, while I was bol. Obviously, no complaint towards that guy the rp was fun.

1: My first suggestion is fist are able to be risen when someone else starts combat with you, or with a /unarmed command, that requests the other player to combat, similar to the /search

Or just trust the players and ban the small portion of minges who try and abuse this.

Again, if y'all really an rpg and have this cool combat system, this simple final piece should be implemented. Fists should be really low damage obviously, and even have it to where you can only start it with /unarmed and the victim agreeing.

2:Knockouts
So this isn't the cringe kind where you really low hp and you get ko'd next punch like CW did. Any blunt weapon should have a chance to knock you out if hit in the head without armor. If this isn't doable with TBC, then disregard this, and have fist be a purely dmg based weapon, along with bats and the such being dmg based the same way.

Don't know why we haven't had this already. We really need the ability to fight and KO people with fists.

I wanna max out my strength and speed and demolish an OTA legion with my bare hands

waiting for the fist-only melee build character that can knock out 5 OTA in TBC

Lol obviously this would be combatted by armor hopefully, and the dmg shouldn't get too high even if you're pretty good strength. imo, max damage from an op guy should be 15 dmg, which is already a lot from something you spawn with, but people with fresh characters, even maxing out strength, shouldn't be able to do more than, like, 8 dmg a swing. This means people with fist are still at a heavy disadvantage against a knife, but have some sort of fighting chance if, per say, there's two people. You can quickly see how two people beating up a person that has a knife could be a scary situation for knife guy suddenly if he ain't skilled enough.

I do not want to see minges hit me with fists please
This is not 2014 LP.
Well, the suggestion mentions that you'd be able to type a /fight command where the other person must click to agree, similar to the search command :)

There's no way otherwise besides someone else instigating combat for this to happen. It would keep flow of gameplay.

Would this be a valid solution to asking admins if they can spawn fist swep if you don't want to have to rp it out? RPG is in the name, and it clearly has gotten half serious rpers from old days (like me) that think the combat should be pure rp

I'm from old days and let me say...Back then, on a map like C18, firearm combat could be nice in rp as there's only really a couple long range points on that map that use to be popular during clockwork.

Same thing applies for melee combat back then, but that's as it worked in conjunction with rp shooting. I will give an example.

I had a metal bat, and a female attempting to save my cook refugee character, in s2rp (I know I could have just s2k'd him like I like to, but that's dumb and unfair as he CANNOT fight back in that regard) This ended up making a situation where we were in roll combat and he was pretty fucked if there was fist behind him, me with a bat, and him with only his bare hands. RP combat ended with the combine finding me out.

Obviously I wasn't making a squad of 12 stop and wait for me, so I insisted fuck time scale, even with my partner asking for timescale. Why? Because I wasn't trying to disrupt flow of rp with LOOC and timescale.

This could have been avoided simply by allowing fist to be initiated with "/fight". and after the TBC is over your hands go back to hands.

Someone else could have made that whole squad wait as it was in slums, but they were directly looking FOR ME so I found it ball busting to play that dumbass card, but I would have gotten through if they had a /fight command.

ONE IMPORTANT THING:
If someone has done /fight and the other accepted, someone else can /fight on anyone involved to enable fist if they are included in the circle. This allows for events where someone attacks you and your buddies in a fist fight, everyone can fairly enable their fist and deal with it.

I commend whoever made the combat, as it's P2L but actual fucking gameplay (EX: Four guys with knives vs fist= fist guy dead)

Only bad thing is pre-aim when not your turn.

Denied.
We've disabled damage to prevent minges from running around and punching people - if you want to deal damage, you need an actual weapon, melee, or ranged. Otherwise, you can simply roleplay it.
