For the longest time the forums have been borked/changed in such a way that they only show specific posts/threads by specific forum users/threads. In other words, latest posts tab doesn't show latest posts at all and it's very annoying.

Pretty much the same stuff applies to latest threads, which doesn't actually show latest threads at all. Both of the tabs used to work fine around 2 years ago, so if someone can fix them back to their original state, that'd be great. It's just very annoying that this bug makes the forums look rather dead and abandoned at first glance.
