Just a couple suggestions about the saline script; this is mostly used by CMRU and not much else. So not a priority fix but it is a nice item to RP with when once in a thousand years someone decides to RP dehydriation.
Note: If dehydration and starvation would be a serious consideration in RP one day (See @Freudek 's post on the issue here) which looks like the community supports it, the saline script will be a valuable item.
That being said, there are a couple suggestions on how to improve the script:
- Remove the expiration date of the script, it's saline in a sterile preparatory bottle being stored in a clinic and not exposed to any elements before being transfered to a wash bottle. I doubt if antlion skewers go stale in 2 days, this one will in a week.
- Allow item holder to administer saline to someone, similar to how you would administer a medical script. It really doesn't make sense you're "drinking" it yourself, it is dangerous to administer saline orally. You can however, administer it intravenously to treat dehydration.
- Lastly and most importantly, give it a disinfectant effect. Similar to how you can use the bottle of disinfectant script for its ability to clean wounds. This would also give non-disinfected bandages some use, as you can clean the area with saline first and then bandage, making the wounds clean and bandaged.
