-BACKSTORY-
When the war happened, he was barely a toddler, most memories he has are a blur. He barely remembers his father, his attempts to protect him and the name he was given (Plus the meaning behind it). Eventually he was taken to the Echelon project where he was raised and educated by the combine teachings. Despite their best effort, Fizz was a bundle of energy and often wouldn’t do well in class, instead preferring to have fun with the other kids, sometimes smuggling comics and old tales of the past world. This eventually led him to the black district of the institution.

As he grew up, he eventually barely passed the grades, but his tomfoolery was his ball and chain as he was eventually thrown to City 24 with a black band, to remind him of the consequences of his actions. He was left to his own devices to survive the city, only to find that at least one person was willing to guide him.

-RELATIONSHIPS-

LOVES ADMIRES RESPECTS BEST FRIEND FRIEND ACQUAINTANCE DISTRUSTS DISLIKES HATES DECEASED

Vlada Cheremnykh
When I had nobody as a friend, she became my first one, praising me for my small accomplishments, teaching me to cook and overall just being there for me. At best, we once exchanged a hug, it felt nice, like I missed it in my life. I don’t know what it is, but I like her a lot. Who knows what the future will bring. I hope her job at ISD goes well.

Update: I feel terrible about her, her best friend got locked up and neither of us knows what's going on. I just hope things get better. She invited me to help her with a club to help citizens get better in the city, I think that's a great idea! Looking forward to see it go well!

I... Can't believe you're gone... I loved you and you were taken away like you didn't matter to anyone else... I don't know if I'll ever recover from this, but one thing I promise, I'll find a way to help others and carry on your message, I have to... I'm sorry that I never got to talk to you again... I'm so sorry…

Final update: Eventually, grew to move on and make sure your death wasn’t in vain. I still have your book and your message, but honestly, what matters is that I help people along the way, and that’s what I’ll do. Thank you, for everything… I will always love you, but I promise I’ll make you a proper grave when everything ends.
Hikaru Inoue
Tried to hire me to his restaurant, but it failed due to several reasons by the Department of Business. When that happened, later he managed to get a job back at Hashimoto alongside me. Later got a job at ISD and has been trying to get me to join a binder and help Callaway and the other politicians. We have fallen on some hard times recently, so even though I don’t hate him, I feel like he’s been getting worse or maybe using me. Didn’t help he pranked me once and got me to look bad in front of the Chairman and Elsa.

Was told he became a rebel… Why…? What happened? I know we had issues, but I never wished anyone to go to the dark side… If you’re truly dead, I hope you didn’t suffer. You did help me when I had nothing, it’s the little I can respect…

Final update: Just going to assume you’re dead somewhere, that’s what most folks wished of you. Not really anything to add…
Chairman Wyatt Callaway
I don’t know much about the man behind the screen, only that he owns a bar and his own binder. I mostly just want to be useful to the city and I hope I can appease him. He’s not happy about my minor violations, so I hope I can still prove to him that I’m not trying to be some annoying dissident in his city.

Final Update: What a mess, a man of that magnitude gone in a blink of an eye, I didn't even notice the mess until later. I'm not sure if anything you've done earned that end... Also a shame we hardly met back in this district since I left the city... So much to talk about, almost no time...
Elsa Becker (??)
A cold and intimidating woman, but behind her silent look of judgement, she clearly is someone who expects the best results and people to know their place. If I want a chance to help the city, the binder or the ISD, I need to prove that I’m useful in her eyes at the very least. Just wish she didn’t look too frightening to talk with…

After my disaster in prison, she was glad to hear me out and calm my worries down. Deep down she is a good person, and I’m glad she was around to listen without judging me harshly.

Told her about Vlada's death and she tried to comfort me, from how she sounded, she had no clue about anything that happened to her. But that sounds odd because the both worked in ISD... Maybe I'm just overthinking things, but I have a nag feeling in the back of my head…

Final update: People told me you were gone, but never elaborated on what happened to you, even Aminata doesn’t know your fate. Hope you never had a bad run in with the rebels…
Kenji Hashimoto
When Hikaru’s restaurant failed, I tried my luck with Hashimoto’s hardware store. He gave me a chance and I’ve been loyally working for him for several good weeks. When I asked him if it was fine to try my hand at a restaurant career, he was sad to the idea of me gone, but supported my decision. I’m glad to have him help me get a job.

Final update: Shame we never met ever since, hope things go well with you.
Aminata Koroma
Have no clue who she is, but probably that’s intentional. The only way I recognize her is because she calls me on a first name basis. Like Vlada, she also was content when I got out of black band and saw me behaving and working well for the city. Whenever there’s trouble, she sends me off for my protection, unlike some officers who mostly want me out of their way.

After my arrest, I fear which one will be out for me if something happens like that again. I know they’re just doing their job, but the idea that even a chill guy like me can be dragged from the store and accused of bad things made me nervous ever since.

Final Update: Eventually after the train crash, she still cared for me and we helped each other out. When she wanted to go with the rebels, I was more than glad to tag alongside her. She helped me, so I trust her decisions, plus always wanted to see the world, so would be more than glad to be with her. Just glad I got to learn her name, will never remember her for the mask, but for her caring heart.

Meredith Jones
A woman down on her luck, tried a job in a loyalist position, but was rejected. I think she has some delusions of grandeur since she openly rejects the idea of an average job, even refusing help from others. Overall, I think she’s a nice woman, but she needs to put her pride away if she can help it.

Final update: The officer only knew you got arrested at some point, hope whatever happens to you, things to well. Despite your oddities, I liked how fun you were.

(Fizz still doesn’t know she died)
Marcus Cross
I only met him when he did soldier duty in the city during difficult times, often buying lighters at Hashimoto’s store when I worked there. He seems like a good and honest person, I once even helped him set up a kitchen in Callaway’s bar.

Final update: Shame we never got to see each other, would still love to serve you some apple pie if we ever meet. Hope things go well, or that you survived whatever happened.
Tyriel Sutrom
One of the many people that would hang out at the restaurant. I think she’s a nice person despite the brown band. I’m sure she’ll be forgiven for what she did in due time.

Final update: Not much to say, Tzu helped me get medical help when Vlada died, so hoping things go well for you too.
Emyio Marcum
Weird woman who tries to entice me to bend the rules to benefit her or just to tell the union her favorite finger. Between getting paid with credits instead of PoS or bragging how she can find things better elsewhere. Starting to understand why she’s a “local celebrity”.

Final update: Kinda wish we never had bad blood, but not like I can think of anything nice to say. Just hope you stay out of trouble, I guess.
Svetlana Golubeva
A worker in the warehouse, dangerous if left without her vice. She almost jumped me when she needed a lighter from my store.

Final Update: It’s a shame that once you became a collaborator, you kinda just ignored me and felt annoyed to run the store. I don’t know what’s gotten into you, just hope things don’t go horrible for you.
Zhao Lian
I rarely see her. Met her first in the slums as a blackband, offering to buy screws I searched in trash. Did give me a spiced antlion dish once, it tasted good. It's a shame I’m not allowed in the slums if I want to be a good citizen, maybe she’ll move out of there and into a more respectful storefront so I can visit her more often someday.

Final update: Never saw you again, hope you’re doing well in that store in the city 24 slums.
Trove Willumsen
An odd, but friendly woman who usually works as
a “fisherwoman”, dunno how that works. She sold me a salmon once, can’t wait to learn to cook it. Overall, good
person to interact with.

Final update: Do miss the fishing, whatever happened to you? Maybe should ask around for anything else.

(Still not aware she’s dead)
Richard Johnson
I heard from Vlada what happened… To think we barely met, knew you as a dissident, but never judged, being a blackband myself. To make matters worse, I got arrested once on a frame and I felt what you felt… The closed walls, the lack of freedom, the heavy judgement from the police… If it wasn't for the fact they found nothing to tie me to the charges, I would have been executed or turned into a dissident. And the idea of losing Vlada… Richard… I hope you’re in a better place, and I pray that I’ll never end up like you, abandoned, executed, with nobody knowing until it's too late that you were gone…

You… Just… Came back like it was nothing, and was also aware of Vlada’s death… I don’t know what to think, I comforted her over your death, but it’s almost like you were gone… I might need time to process this… Whenever you went, hope things work out for you…

Final update: I wish we had more time to speak, barely remember you in the city and then vanished again. I don’t know if I should be worried or mad at you, since Vlada cared for you a lot. We’ll have to see…
Charles Ross
A worker at CWU, recently joined DoB. I like him, he works hard like the others and even was thoughtful to buy food for a coworker that couldn’t catch me open. His first inspection was firm, but pleasant, so I was glad to fix the issues he spotted. Will be glad to see him again.

Final Update: You done lots for me, but not sure where you went. You were there for me when I broke down because of Vlada, so hoping you didn’t die somewhere out there…
Stanislav
A man who did wonders for the city, and more to the industrial side. Worked hard, was both beloved and needed to a degree of annoyance. You were the heart of the city, keeping it running and beating.

Final update: I… I tried my best to help you, to let you know that it wasn’t your fault, but… Oh jeez… Why did you end it like that… You could had helped others, could had been wanted around… I’m sorry for your fate, Stan… Just hope you’re in a better place…
Tzu
Final update: The vortigaunt that saved my life, were it not for him, I’d probably had given up and left to the outlands to get mauled by the first thing that didn’t like me, to rot and perish out there… Shame we never spoke often, but if we ever meet, I’d be more than glad to find a way to repay the debt.

New phobia: Claustrophobia
I always loved to be free to roam and explore and enjoy life… Seeing those four walls for a day made me feel a sense of panic and fear, an idea that life will be over if I end up in a box or worse. Ever since, I fear the day I wake up only to see myself back in that cell when I wake up.

(To be concluded)
