Implemented Freedom to change writing fonts in settings

Simple.

Let us change our writing font in game via settings menu. Just a simple dropdown box.

On the fence with this. Might support if there was only a way for people to type of documents on terminals or print out notes with different fonts.

Having a unique handwriting is one of the only ways civil protection could trace back some things like anti-citizen propaganda and getting rid of this would likely hamper police investigation rp.

Only reason I'm suggesting this is because there are times you need to write or type out an advertisement for something and, if you choose the wrong font, it doesn't look good or people don't understand the writing. That's pretty much one of the few reasons I'm recommending.

It's this and the fact that Staff aren't on or available all the time, so it prevents more time with staff just changing someone's font.
