*Character Name: Hugh Mattock
Character Rank : Dean of Research
*Brief summary of the character:
Hands steeped in medical and scientific breakthroughs, applied for the benefit of those who deserve them least. Hugh, or Tovarisch, is the Dean of Research for City 24's Civil Medical & Research Union. A jovial, aging russian whose demeanor is unimpeachably sunny and pleasant, even when such kindness is in the face of direct brutality. Hugh, like almost all humans in the modern era, detests the self-appointed custodians of humanity. He ventures now to the exclusion zone to personally ensure the safety of those working under him, who have been called to the exclusion zone themselves. He does not expect to find anything of real use to him or his cause there, but is drawn nonetheless out of a sense of concern for his colleagues.
*Why do you want to play this character?: Hugh mattock's my main man! it's rare for expos to happen that i can take him on so i'll jump at any opportunity
