I wish to allocate to your City a workforce of 50 Vortigaunts and 35 C18-Civil Workers' Union technicians and engineers for the noble task that you have undertaken, which is preparing fortifications and amenities. It is imperative that the Cities in the neighbouring areas are prepared for any potential threats. Considering your City's accomplishments, it will not be a lengthy task. Additionally, expect a shipment of Construction Synthetic units (NOMAD) on the 4th of January, your City will receive five units for your valiant construction project.

I do greatly appreciate your aid in my current efforts. Rest assured, I shall use the resources given to me to the best of my abilities. City 31 shall be turned into a fortress and the disillusioned monarchists shall be stopped in their tracks. In other news, I shall return the favor by sending over various heavy-industrial goods vital to your scientific industry. If you are able, please do send over data on any breakthroughs in relationship to metallurgy, especially the production of steel and refinement of tin.

Our Glorious Benfectors has readjusted a new production quota for my city - increasing steel demand by another few thousand tons daily. Likewise, the Benfectors have a need for mass quantities of tin too (in the production of niobium-tin alloy). I'll stop myself there, to avoid my ramblings of industrial production.
