Esteemed Administrators of Sector 10, ​

You have witnessed the failure at the Battle of City 3, you have witnessed the failure of Operation London Bridge. In this regard I wish to encourage members of Summit 24 to consider supporting the Repeal of Political-Paramilitary Act. While this may seem controversial to some Administrators, I simply wish to express that we must provide more manpower to the immediate area. As City 2 has shown, a single Military Arteria Arm battalion of 40 odd members is not able to hold up against the hordes of insurgents.

We can not allow ourselves to idle while Cities around Europe become set ablaze by those who wish to see the Downfall of Civilisation. I encourage Cities with industrial capabilities to manufacture Synthetic Combat Units to delegate a portion to City 2 or City 3. We have entered the new Era in Warfare. The modern warfare must be carried out with means that minimise Our casualties, while maximising enemy casualties.

Additionally, I heavily encourage City Administrations to become members to the Coalition as proposed by Casto's Coalition Act. We must take action.
