Functioning stolen id system

1. You steal and ID that matches your genetic description (and ethnicity/race but there are no pictures and so far hasnt been a thing ic once)
2. You get past CPs and all, you make sure youre unrecognizable as who you really are
3. A scanner comes and you get caught because you only kind of look like this guy that did a bad thing and ran without double check.

It scans for a face, and there are people and cases of people looking similar to others which could lead to unfair deaths (ic wise) that the combine would probably want to not to be an issue, so please make it so that the ID's have some sort of 'microchip' in them the scanners can scan to double check that youre not Gordon-RebelMann but Jason Smith. Would also give BOL'd rebelrpers a chance.

Let me put this simply. This would basically render BOL'd rebels unable to enter the city with a false ID. As most of us do now, we quite literally steal ID's to use in the city. If scanner sees you, they see you. You clear your info with the units, and they dont register you as BOL simple. If you're BOL you steal someone similar's ID. Usually from a dead body. (Ie. Pk'd person.) If you're stealing from another non BOL'd citizen then thats an IC issue. Not an OOC issue. What you're suggesting would basically give BOL'd rebels LESS of a chance of success.

Dispatch keeps a Facial recognition log of all Humans within its massive database. Scanners upload your facial data and get your name via that system.

Is it that accurate that it can recognize you if you've modified your facial hair, eyebrows, hair, hell if you can get ahold of, wearing contacts/glasses...

You completely misunderstood me, i meant that i want scanners to log an ID youre holding to make sure its a match to your genetics and if it is not they alert cps of possible sussy person and try to check your face and try to figure something out/who you might really be

That screws over non-BOL people though if they were to try and do some devious acts and a scanner rolls up

Dispatch isn't a human so it doesn't look at people through a human eye. It's going to scan every inch of your face and then cross reference it. Only way I see cheating Dispatch would be to maim your facial structure.

You can already steal someone's ID and pretend to be who they are with a fake name applied. Just hope the CPs do not check your genetic description! We do not want to build a system on top of this atm so I'll deny it
