How many characters do you have?
None right now as my only one just got PKed, Nora told me to make an auth for the new one.
What do you want authorization for?:
Character with a scientist background and on top of that:
1. Third language as French
2. Possible height increase to 6'3 or 6'4

How beneficial to your own RP and the servers is your authorization?:
For my own RP I guess I would be trying something new as I never dabbled in the scientific part of the server? But also making a completely new story of a scientist that has been blocked from continuing his research due to no available science institutions being available yet because of the still establishing Combine control over the planet.
Pros of your authorization:
God, I don't know what the pros could be, roleplaying as a tall but lanky soviet scientist seems like a fun idea for me.
Cons of your authorization:
Tall and lanky, which means I am not putting any points in strength which is a severe disadvantage to CivPro characters due to their dependency on that attribute during S2RP. Also, big man, big target.
Write an explanation of how your character obtains this authorization:
Chelomey Zolotukin, a former scientist of the Russian Academy of Science and employed within the Institute of State and Law of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, where he was part of the legal and governance research, and development of the public and civil law of the communist nation.
In December 1991, the Soviet Union has been voted out of existence by the Supreme Soviet shortly after Gorbachev resigned and lowered the flag from the Kremlin. This caused a so called "brain drain", where a large amount of scientists were moving abroad. Chelomey was one of the researches moving abroad and decided to settle in france with his family.
Now after Chelomey left the Russian academy of Science, he tried getting into the French National Centre of Scientific Research, however due to the lack of respective field of research in France, he was unable to find his place in the CNRS, leaving him with finding a job as a store clerk. Him and his wife took care of their youngest son while the older daughter moved out to Poland.
Fast forward to 2007, the portal storms began and the seven hour war, he was one of the few people in his street that survived. When the Combine took over, he saw some similarities to his former Soviet Block, which he knew stepping out of the line would be a death sentence. Immediately he tried enlisting in the new forming Civil Protection in the new founded District 10, to which he got accepted.
