Hey!
Me again with another quality of life CP suggestion. Fun.
It'd be nice if dispatch could read and operate on CMU/CWU/BCI frequencies.
Goals
1. Monitor the chatter (for obvious reasons, we are a controlling superpower - no way we'd let their chatter be unmonitored)
2. Facilitate better communication and co-operation
Elaboration:
CPs encounter high priority threat and need assistance from either agency immediately - instead of having to send one CP off to run around the city chasing down what they need and wasting time, CP could inform dispatch and dispatch could inform the agency needed, allowing the "messenger" CP to stay on task.
Examples:
Needed BCI once to give a case to - took me two hours to find one. Huge waste of time. Could've just had dispatch inform one to meet with me.
CP PT of 2 encounters tentacle outbreak - instead of chasing down CWU they can cordon off the area and radio dispatch to send CWU assets to their location.
CPs encounter a big amount of casualties and wounded in a situation, CPs and civilian priority assets alike - dispatch can radio ahead to CMU to 1) check for availability; 2) have them prepare for the incoming injuries immediately.
Conclusion:
This would save valuable time when CPs are forced to cooperate with the above agencies and dispatch is online; it would also give dispatch more to do and frequencies to watch for any sign of malignant behaviour.
Thank you for your time x
