As far I see it, I don't see any problems with CPs when it comes to IC and both OOC ( I barely touch OOC side of things ).
I get that some of you want dystopian feel where every CP is your typical asshole with a stick but that would then limit in my opinion their character development if we put the " Every CP Has to be MEAN " rule on them.
Letting them have conversations with citizens makes them more to be trusted and can open certain RP scenarios like for example:

- Adam is Shopkeeper who usually on his smoke break talks to a Officer who is standing ground near his store.
- Both usually have a good conversation.
- In return that CP may get a " discount " from shopkeeper for not being a asshole to him.
- That CP may keep a eye closed if something bit less " legal " happens in the store.

By letting CPs have normal interactions with citizens that aren't just stereotypical " Get the fuck out of here Citizen " it creates material for future events and interactions.

9/10 times they create rp for themselves, not others; No ‘beatings’ is not rp, its a nerd power trip. I tire putting up with these edgelords who dont act human anymore than the 6’6 strong rebel who smells good despite living in a literal sewer.

I hope I just get unlucky with the users I interact with and this doesn’t represent the faction as a whole
