Outlands is a high risk, no rewards and hunted down by hunters. There is nothing, and I saw 3 people slaughtered there with my eyes. I checked everywhere, and I mean everywhere, and all I saw was air fr yo
I think we should have something like a shitty smuggler or smth like that or bags mf we in a atomized slums area

Whilst I get that alot of rebels would just main that area, but where else are they going to go? Slums is redundant, atoms and dogshit, no hiding spots for rebels and barely loot there. I don't see many of them flagging on.

There is nothing to really loot, because people have been there before. Yon consider that, we are like 10 years into occupation. Surely someone made their way out and took all the High Rewards. No expectation of finding an AR-15 or any sort unless you find some abandoned really hidden Military Bunker

There should be tons of loot but also NPC hunters and striders alongside player ota. that would be sick as fuck.

there should be pre-war crates and stuff left behind before the combine took over, or waste products from the UU

I don't think lore should be a reason to not make a place worth going to, in regards to loot. Granted I don't think getting a bunch of high end weapons is a good idea either.

I've said it before, and I will say it again. We need to install a system of limited access, where the outlands is OOC locked for a large portion of a week, and only unlocked after that when events or notable additions have been made to at least some of its areas. Having it open constantly, when its empty 90% of the time just encourages people to die for nothing. While cheapening the notion of going to the outlands as being some 'easy' task.

i think we should have no restrictions at all

in fact, let's make the outlands self-sustaining so the rebel players have no need to ever come back to the city

i think that would be good

trust me bro you do not wanna bring realism into the mix

There should be various random outposts with random Civil Protection there. They’d basically be the ones to inform OTA of rebels, but also give the rebels a good opportunity to either somewhat fight back or just escape. Also is high risk for Civil Protection, hence it being a punishment.

I went into the outlands once to let some guys who were trapped know I managed to complete the Eventmins riddle and open the door for them.

I still have WW2 flashbacks at all the attempts that were made to kill me. By the grace of my spry elderly legs I outran death at every turn. Never did find those people. I assume they died to the same eventmin :(
