Denied Give the arcade machines a way of making money

Having to pay 100 credits for something on the Luxury permit (which is hard to get), and having no way to get money back from the machine you get is a bit disappointing. If you could find a way to tie a CID to the arcade machines so they give at least a portion of the money they make to that person, it would make it possible for stores to buy it. As of now, running a store seems to have high rent and it's going to be hard to make it back, so having things that are cool but make it less likely to pay the rent is a risk that most store owners wont be able to afford.

As per the permit "luxury" it is an item that you wont really make any profit from. It is purely cosmetic and only there if you have the extra cash to spend. It is a supplementary item if anything and probably isn't good idea to build a business around

Might consider reducing the cost a little bit but overall it's denied as we can't put development time into this issue atm
