I'm starting to get tired of the powers-at-be throwing some arbitrary, destructive mcguffin/Deux Ex Machina faction or 'force' into the pot in order to cause chaos with no meaning. This is just stupid. It's just another vector to destabilize the server *without* player input. We already have the Rot and a Vortal Tempest.

No wonder Citizen Roleplay is so dead; we've had nothing but "rebuilding" for the past 10 months with no respite to expand or... anything. No stability in sight. Just an endless workshift for clearing rubble and some NPCs being spawned in Orwell Street.
