I'm going to keep this pretty simple. I recorded the entire interaction, and someone else informed me that they abused their GM powers.
Their two characters came out of the plaza sewer entrance (the one behind the stores) to stab a CP that was searching me in the neck with a dose of Rave. They then fled back into the sewers.

Not even a minute later I had fetched another CP To come and help. While the 2nd CP was attempting to assist the first, the two assailants emerged again, not from the sewer, but from around the corner of the buildings. I immediately knew there was 100% no feasible way they could have ICly gotten from the sewers to that location in that time period, so I immediately knew they had noclipped there.

In addition, I was then told that they noclipped away from the situation which is substantially worse, as their characters just miraculously escaped.

If my character can't ICly teleport, neither can theirs, if they're human. This just isn't acceptable, sorry.

Edit: Title fixed, mistakenly put 'ultima' instead of 'ulterior'.

This entire situation was a silly little event during downtime where me and Killian thought it'd be a fun interaction to inject a unit or two with rave and then run away considering it was pretty quiet and nothing had been happening.
Yes, we noclipped around for it but I think everyone involved was fine with what happened considering the only consequences of it was a trip to the CMRU (of which both of us insured it didn't escalate more than that)
Generally, while this may have been unorthodox to what is usually considered an mini-event it was a spur of the moment thing to give players something to engage with.

Also, I've personally went out of my way to apologize to the CP players that were affected by this.

I've already been talking with one of the CPs in question and they were very much not 'fine with what happened'. There are ways to engage players in an event that doesn't require you to teleport your rebel characters around and avoid any consequences. This is a blatant abuse of noclipping. The first syringe out of the sewers may have been acceptable, the second and the subsequent noclipping away was not.

@Wraygun

Hello! I was one of 2 units involved in this (Other being @Wraygun ). Just figured to give my input on the case.

This happened at a pretty low pop (Around 30 players or so I believe), which added to a fun little interaction in my opinon. Considering nothing serious came out of it (No deaths, nothing lost.) it added something (which I believe to be harmless )that can continue to build character.

In short, I have no quarrels about this incident. I can't speak on the behalf of @Wraygun however, so he'll have to put his input on the matter.

Okay, I asked Wraygun and he didn't respond so I thought he was okay with it.
Keep in mind these were not "rebel characters' but an event character made specifically for stuff like this. I wasn't "avoiding" any consequences because these characters aren't *real*
Also, after the second syringe my character ran all the way behind Warehouse 3 before I went into noclip to insure I wasn't being chased by anyone else (which I wasn't)

Also, like. I'm the citizen that was there during the interaction, therefore I was involved. And I am not okay with it.

Hi! I'd like to note that the first time we walked back into the sewers entrance behind the Foto and Change unit no one came after us after you turned and went to get another CP down the stairs. I can understand the annoyance from us coming from around the side of the building to inject the second unit but, after that, no one moved forward towards my character to stop them. I walked from behind the units all the way to warehouse 3, past that and down the street. Admittedly, there was a small lack of RP on my end for leaving but the goal was to just pester the CPs and kickstart some more RP.

Also, like. I'm the citizen that was there during the interaction, therefore I was involved. And I am not okay with it.

I know that this could be frustrating for you since you were wrapped up in the middle of it. Was there anything overly distasteful about the situation? I'd like to mention that it provoked more RP for CMRU, CPs, and Citizens that were around that that time which is ultimately, what we like to see with these small scale events.

Apparently I am now marked BOL. Presumably thanks to your 'event', which my citizen was in the middle of, and due to your disappearance, he is likely now a suspect. Thank you so much for that!

I commend the attempt at creating roleplay, but this is where I'm having a gripe with this scenario.
Anyways. I was the unit that was drugged in this scenario and I think it's appropriate to leave my two cents here. To start things off: if this is indeed true, I'm just left with a bitter taste. I don't share beef with any of the two, but this does break some sort of trust that I had when it comes down to doing things by the book, considering both are GMs. I expected that everything was done by the book, and I'm not all right with hearing this.

Second thing: I asked afterwards if this fell in line with the /checkcrime requirement. I've confirmed this in an in-game PM. I was told that this whole interaction did not follow that rule. Personally, it's not that grave, considering that what happened was a short interraction, but it sets off a bad precedent. Who's to say that some people won't overstretch it.

Now, I want to provide some more context behind why this interaction annoyed me a little. In the past three days, my unit is fortunate enough to get injured and all I've done, was medical roleplay for hours on end. While it's not fun, it was getting dry and you can probably imagine my amazement when my character was on the ground being carried while Tokyo Drift and god knows what else was playing in the background. Oh, not to mention the effects of rave that made it rather difficult to see, let alone move. It wasn't pleasant and this isn't on them.

My conclusion is as follows: did the GMs try to provide everyone with an interesting scenario? Yes they did and I didn't mind it at first. Was this executed properly? No, because at least one rule was broken. Again: one rule because I am unsure about the noclip.

Would like to apologize again! Personally I couldn't have known that you had spent a lot of time in medrp the past few days but I can still inform you that technically, you can ask for the situation to be F2B'ed so that you don't have to spend a lot of time sitting on a bed, along with the fact that staff can actually remove the drug's visual effects if you did not like them! I wish you had told me so and I would have removed them immediately, the same which I did for maine.
Now, for the checkcrime rule I understand why you would have an issue with people abusing the fact that checkcrime wasn't true, I'll make sure to not repeat this mistake which I fully take the brunt of.

BOL does not mean death and it never has, your character is most likely on "BOL" for questioning and I doubt your character would have anything done to him.

Yes clearly because my character might not die from it, it doesn't impact me in any negative manner or throw me into a shitfest that I should've never had to deal with to begin with. This is massive deflection, and it's an admin that told me to add the fact I got BOL'd to the report.

EDIT: Also a CP literally told me to run because I was BOL So clearly it's more than just questioning!

Okay, I personally overlooked your interrogation to insure nothing happened that would hurt your character. You were brought in and after a few questions were let go

So are you gonna post the recording.
Unnecessary since admins are aware of all the details and those in question have admitted to the aformentioned actions, but if an admin requests it I'll put it up on YouTube.

Hate to be that guy, this kind of seems like a mountain out of a mole hill. A friendly reminder that your units and citizens operate in an Industrialized Dystopian society that has legalized drugs to a bunch of vagrants. This typical narrative element is not outlandish at all, and it seems to have targeted the effective end state properly. Sometimes, you just lose, and that’s okay. It does not seem any malicious impact was afflicted to any character in the long run. Another reminder that most of the CT and any admin has full ability to GM things how they seem fit. This is where your complaint comes in, and while I agree that no clip shouldn’t be utilized, I have doubts of if it genuinely would’ve changed any outcome while under the effects. There are certainly a lot more worse scenarios like a player doing a /MeV killbind around a wall you cannot see and you’re dead.

To whom it may concern,

I feel compelled to speak on this issue as I've been well aware of an ongoing meta-gaming discord that involves prominent members of this community as well as event staff/runners and admins.

The following including Killian are:

- Zebra
- Melonhead
- Tuki
- George
- Krieger... and many more.

For the past months, Zebra has been leading a metagaming group in Willard, with his loyal cadre getting ranks within the staff team and event team to influence events in their favor. Zebra was recently unbanned for metagaming but the video below shows without a shadow of doubt he has been in VC even after his unban with none other than Tuki, and others.

I just want to thank Carnifex for taking the time to come forward and record this clip to help us expose this metagaming group.

To speak specifically, two players in the discord are very close friends and one of the two are leaking sensitive information to the other, and others, to give them an upper hand.

The evidence is rather clear, a violation of the metagaming rule has been committed and if the staff are not convinced that there is a serious metagaming problem then I hope this is probable cause to launch an investigation of every Willard player/staff member in the "Zebra QRF" discord.

At a minimum, an investigation should be opened and wrongdoing should be assessed. If the actions of these players/staff meet the threshold of the violation then appropriate discipline should be issued. In the case of those with repeated records of substantiated metagaming, a higher ban time.

It's within the interests of the Willard player base that they are made whole in this situation, a group of this size is regrettably a threat to the server's practices of fair play and integrity.

For your consideration,

Vruka

Hey there, this isn't the person who they are claiming they are. This post was made by fidel cashflow, I'm sure the staff will handle it in due time. This is the third time they've attempted to spread information in a false light by creating fictitious forum accounts, and impersonating other people. I know Vruka is a friend DeNuke. His real profile is not the same as the one contained in this post. If you need any information about the details of their numerous accounts, let me know.

I've been alerted to this thread (and summarily, this post), after my appearance in this screen shot.

I'd like to clarify that the user in the screenshot, Fidel Cashflow is a notorious troll within the communities I frequent, and anything that'd comes out of him should be lightly, despite the evidence presented. He is a master at manipulation into getting others to do what he wants against anyone he dislikes, Zebra and Killian among those few.

Today, he's taken on the persona of a friend (Vruka), someone completely unrelated to Willard and hasn't stepped on the server once. He's done something similar before to player resulting in his ban, Father Christmas, with whom he genuinely impersonated to make it seem like Christmas had no remorse for his actions. I cannot provide proof of this claim other than my word.

The people mentioned are accredited, fantastic role players and staff members for communities both in and out of Willard, dedicated to the community and are willing to put into the effort to make the experience as world-class as the server claims to be, in light of the 'evidence' presented by Fidel.

Hey there, thank you for the report.

The actions of the GM and staff member are unacceptable, and while not malicious, they were not done with due regard. However, I think it's important to acknowledge the novelty of the position for Killian. There will be growing pains, as every person of staff, the gamemaster team, and the mentor team are subject to.

Killian will be receiving a verbal warning with possible future repercussions. The reason for the leniency is that they have had no time to gather the experience expected of an experienced GM. Their application was accepted during the break, so they have only just above two weeks of actual GM experience. It is not unreasonable to conclude that they were not aware of other options or how to properly conduct an event of this scale. I cannot speak to Ultima, however, as he is a staff member and thus it falls under the purview of Head of Staff.

To take a step back and begin viewing the meta report as an admin, rather than a coordinator, here are my thoughts.

This post is a pitiful attempt at disrupting the community by striking at its core members for reasons I can never understand. I will not be punishing these players as the content within the discord isn't sufficient enough to sustain any sort of punishment. Furthermore, the video provided doesn't display any metabaiting or metagaming. Players are allowed to be within a voice chat while they're roleplaying, we've never forbade this. They're also allowed to TALK about an ongoing scenario that they are all being subjected to, we have never disallowed this. In fact, staff do this exact same thing in their own channels. As long as players outside the RP scenario aren't receiving this information, and as long as they don't use it ICly, there's no reason for anything to happen. You have no credence for your claims, much less so given your standing within the community. The very fact that you attempted to usurp members of this community for your own benefit is sickening.

I hope this helps you all in your endeavors.

It's disappointing to see admins defending a very clear metagaming discord, despite QRF shills coming in single file to claim I'm the bad guy, the toxic boi clique of the server when in reality I have no skin in the game.

The video is damning, if these players are so innocent have them stream the QRF (if they didn't delete it) have them show you every channel including the metagaming one "willy networks" and if there's no mentioning of plots, schemes and more than I guess you can stand here, smile and giggle claiming I did it.

I consult for roleplay servers and I love helping server management, a drastic 180 from my previous track record on Gmod. I'm sorry you don't quite comprehend the seriousness of a serial metagamer and his motley crew pulling the strings behind the veil as concerning, I hope when it all does comes crashing down and your players suffer from injustices from these people that you be held accountable for letting them get away with it.

The catalog wasn't made for nothing, but living in your own complaceny tends to make one forget.

Cordially,

Vruka

Players are allowed to assemble outside of Willard Networks. Everything you say here is nothing but hearsay unless you have actual tangible evidence that the pixels of my monitor will provide. The video is not evidence of anything, I've watched it.

I will not intrude on their gatherings and discord servers, it's not my place to do so. Call me complacent if you want, it doesn't dismiss the illegitimacy of your claims. I will not be punishing anyone.

If you wish to establish a further conversation, open another report. Otherwise, let's stay on topic.
