Why do you wish to be unbanned?: It's extremely stupid I get banned for this because the admin tped me and most of the server to a room and there were items on the floor. I just joined the server today and I get tped while I'm in the middle of RP. I said Fuck off because I'm trying to get back to my RP. I also think 1 month for a first offense is insanely extreme.

Hi, sorry for the late response here.

I was the admin who was initially dealing with you (But not the one who banned you nor the one who TP'd you to the admin box, that was a honest mistake and everyone was !return'd to their original position barely a minute later)

Seeing items on the ground isn't a valid reason for you to immediately run over to them and pick them up without any RP. Those items were there only because another member of staff was testing a load of features, and regardless if they were left there by neglect or still being tested, the admin box is inherently a OOC area. Additionally before you were !return'd to your original location, I saw you holding a mid-tier revolver and trying to pick that up too. Picking up those scripts without RP is on it's own a bannable offence.

Additionally when I asked you to own up to it you blatantly lied, when I took the scripts from your inventory and then issued a !warn, you told me to fuck off.

I'd understand the frustration if when I went over to you before TPing you back to the admin box you were in the middle of RP, but from looking at the logs it seems the last time you were in any actual IC encounter was around 20 minutes before you initially picked up the AR2 from the admin box.


And while I can understand being eager to try to get back and find proper RP, I don't see any excuse for the abuse shown here.


It was un-needed, and if you just owned up to having picked up the scripts from the start, I'd have taken them from your inventory and let you off without even giving a warning.

All in all, I personally don't see any reason to remove the ban. I'm open to it being reduced to a few days instead since it's your first infraction, and will let other staff decide on that. I'll also just say that working with the staff team and being upfront & honest will make things go a lot quicker and smoother overall. If you hadn't picked up the scripts at all, then none of this would have happened.

As discussed in the post above, your behaviour towards staff during the situation when they were being nothing but respectful will not be tolerated.

For this, and the underlying main reasons for your ban, I will be denying this appeal.
