The glorious Guardsmen of National Consciousness stands defiant, ignorant to the onslaught. We will not surrender, for we never have. The goal of the Guard of National Consciousness is not to admit defeat or mourn, but to move forward. Our goal will not stop until every citizen is accommodated. We fight for Homes, Peace, and Bread for the common man and woman. The world may have blackened our hearts, but our compassion rages. Rages for humanity’s loss, anguish, and pain.
We have one goal; to accommodate all citizens with necessities for survival.

The Civil Administration, Civil Workforces, and any other legislative or advisory body premiership should be elected through democratic means by the population.

Civil Authorities must be proportionally distributed around the city precincts and districts based on population density, regardless of regional discrimination, to ensure regional stability and security from Anti-Civil activities.

To secure a reliable income, the minimum wage salary must be constantly raised to adjust for economic inflation and to overall stimulate market growth. Additionally, rationalized money output must be increased to better financially aid the non-working classes.

The Guard of National Consciousness wants to establish schools of thought while simultaneously expanding pre-existing infrastructure to further educate Civil Medics and Workers.

Foreign species, Xenos, Aliens, or Vortigaunts must be captured and exterminated to safeguard humanity from extraterrestrial invaders who wish to steal, pillage, and raze humanity’s fertile land. Thank goodness the Universal Union is here to protect us from violent Xenians who unlike the Union would’ve shown no mercy to humanity.

The National Guard of Consciousness encourages and seeks state-wide representation for the League and its members under strict, firm guidelines, appointed through an electoral college.
The National Guard of Consciousness seeks a more libertarian, free economy to promote domestic growth. The Guard promotes relaxed regulations on items, no tariffs on foreign commodities, and economic autonomy from the remainder of Union cities.
The autonomous clique that is the Black Brigade retains more autonomy than the Guard of National Consciousness is willing to give. Originally the byproduct of a merger between the two organizations in their early conception, the militarist, ultranationalist clique in direct contrary to the rather pacifist, reactionary GNC remains to be the most radicalized wing of the organization.
The Guard of National Consciousness itself has acted as a “tent” party or a “catch-all” party for much of its history, catering to radicals from both sides of the spectrums. Though some are genuine followers of the guild, basking in a warped set of ideals, others simply bask in the group’s light, either leeching off of it for personal gain or waiting for unknown opportunities.
Though many members of this internal clique were ousted, many still hold connections to the group, preaching a warped, violent ideology of hate. Some call them radicals, others degenerate, but they call themselves heroes, heroes of Humanity. Humanity and only Humanity, as after all, Earth has no place for filthy “Xenos” according to the Blackest of Brigade.
