Hello! By the end of this prompted explanation, all members of the Combine's military faction should understand and be able to make logical, normal reports of transgressions from members of the Civil Protection and the Civil Administration from its lowest members on the ladder to even the City Administrator.
How do I start a report?
It's simple, in order to open up the menu that allows you to search and find information pertaining to the person in question, you must type in the command /Datafile following with the name of the person in question, it is VITAL that you type in enough key elements of their name or identification in order to ensure that you are documenting the right person.
What should I include in documentation?
That's a good question. You should always report the numerical designation of the issue as well as its Combine-prosed meaning, an example of this would be 99; reckless operation.
This is the basis of the transgression and the most important part. Ideally, you can also add a log to their datafile explaining the circumstances and reasoning behind the documentation as well as a concise elaboration.
Why would a Combine Soldier have to document something?
Contrary to Civil Protection, you would be documenting so that the Overwatch AI, the Overseer(s) and members of the Earth Administration can have a picture of the cities present standing. You are not documenting so that you, a soldier, can intervene on the behalf of these elements and discipline those that are being documented. It is like keeping a list of the issues that plague the higher echelons of City 24 so that, eventually, the powers that be can intervene and act in the interests of the Combine and its Universal Union with clear cause and rationale.
Of course, if you have to intervene, such as if a member of any party is trespassing or committing a dangerous action, you either have to relocate them or kill them. Otherwise, you do not re-educate or imprison members of CCA or Civil Protection. Inform Rank Leaders of anything provocatively done in TAC-3 or TAC-5.
What about the deduction of social credits? How many do I need to place?
Arguably the least important part of your documentation, each report of transgression allows you to remove between one and twenty social credits (For both Civil Protection and members of the civic populace.) Presently there are only two clear-cut types of crimes that distinguish the amount of points you deduct. The specificities of point deductions are present in the Civil Protection index linked in the discord.
