Operational standards have been adjusted to be more in-depth and reflective of the current standing of the faction. This primarily targets escorts, faction rules, sweeps, how the faction interacts with other factions, re-adding a lost ruling on when to and when not to engage a Combine whitelist holder, and adding a new vocabulary word "Eyes On".
