Step 1:
First, you want to navigate to the rules and PK guidelines on the forums. These are found here:

Step 2:
Once this step is completed, you'll want to look at your quiz questions. For example, we'll use a screenshot thankfully provided by Pipri
Step 3:
Read the first question. Here we have "What is the narrative effect of an NLR?".
With this question and the guidelines we saved before, we'll find the answer.
Step 4:
Open the guidelines page and press CTRL+F. This will open the search tool in most browsers. You can then type a word related to the question. For question one, we'll try NLR, and we'll try the PK policy first.
This then highlights some useful words, and directs us to the first section of the PK policy. Reading through this will provide us with the answer
Step 5:
Rinse and repeat for each question until you're in
