Damn straight, Local man complains man is "Toxic" to him after using underhanded tactics and backroom shit to get his way and caused him no small amount of stress.
Since I cant post a meme with an explanation ill have to type out why this is stupid.
For a man like Cengiz who utilises the @anouncements every day, reads the forums and holds several positions that give him immense power and knowledge of how the server works yet still failing to memorise the proper chain of command for specific factions or more so who should be managing the faction or asking permissions in that sense. I'll go through the evidence and "analyse" the
abusive disrespect Cengiz received.
Evidence 1: Gutsy is the Rebel leader, so why on earth is a PK manager trying to assemble a W.I.P development like the settlements? It was not his responsibility, nor did it work out last time when Cengiz led the Settlements. Not only that, but back on topic, Gutsy threw a curveball at Cengiz with some truths (Settlement being trash and inactive including the staff team that operated in its function), and Cengiz felt offended. Maybe the use of "motherfucker" hurt his feelings, but to say it was "abusive" is too much. Disrespectful maybe, but does it warrant a report that ends with Gutsy being punished? Hell no. Like Gutsy said '
Willard Networks is like a company' so if a man in finance starts operating randomly in R&D, just don't expect to not be insulted for your stupidity. Cengiz stepped over his pay grade including his section of work and was insulted.
Evidence 2: It’s obvious that the rules of engagement and the server rules were being massively twisted in favour of the Combine, which resulted in Felix Poelking’s death causing Gutsy to have a small outburst. Who wouldn’t get pissed when a scouting mission aimed at finding Gutsy’s base (its sole mission) is twisted into being a patrol by the other faction leads in an attempt to have Felix being PK'd? I'd be mightily pissed too, but as you can see, Gutsy kept his composure and suggested the possibility that Cengiz "self-GM’d."
Evidence 2 did not have anything much for abusive or disrespectful maybe unprofessional is the better word but somehow Cengiz appears to be offended mostly about the self GM'd part and is seeking some sort of punishment for it.
All of this? Is this the evidence to show how cruel and disrespectful Gutsy is, to the point of being seen as abusive? Hell no. At this point, Cengiz is jumping on Gutsy for making a minor accusation and saying a mean word. Grow the fuck up.
On another thought if you lot simply want to ignore Gutsy and do your own crap without a second opinion or going through him to be exact. Get rid of Rebel Lead because its already visible that we have ignorant Staff bypassing them in the first place.
