Bug Hairdressing Tools do not work

[StruckEagle803]

As it stands currently, the hairdressing tools are unable to change / style the appearance of other players, it works fine on yourself with styling, but it cannot colour the hair either. When attempting to style other players, it brings a picture of your own characters face and does not let you change anything. Still gives a prompt to the other player for the styler to do their magic, but does not work.
