HAZARDOUS ENVIRONMENTS
PART 1
City 24 used to be a place people wanted to live, but that time has long since passed.
The administration's inaction has resulted in a massive malignancy zone growing unchecked in one of the abandoned districts, they have sent you in to deal with it.
A noble goal, of course, getting rid of the malignancy zone would help everyone, not just the combine.
But why do they want samples of it?

Part one:
"We have received reports of an infested apartment complex on the border of the DX-509 malignancy zone, if we want to prevent it from expanding into the city, this infestation must be dealt with. Be careful, we have caught wind of a criminal group operating in the area, they may pose more of a threat to you than the malignancy will."
When will this event happen?
The event will be on the third of September at the following time:
10 AM for CDT
5 PM for CEST
