I have tried many and I mean MANY times to try to latch or do damage to a player, I had Votton to help me test it out.
I would like this fixed As soon as possible pls.

It's been known that headcrab as a faction isn't finished. It was supposed to be staff only for events and such until the full functionality was added, but someone decided to make it a donator reward with it only having movement and jumping as features.

If you want to latch onto people, RP it and have staff change you into a zombie if you succeed.
This isn't an issue that can be "fixed" as it implies the functionality was there in the past. The functionality was never there, so this is a suggestion not a bug.

role play doesn't work in the sewers, it's a s2k zone, nobody waits to do rp.
either remove it due to being forever broken or give donators a different role than headcrab.

if you don't want to rp then don't play here LOL

If nobody is waiting for RP, report them. It's apart of the rules, they don't change for the sewers. Do also remember that you're a headcrab and NPC's usually don't wait for a /me, so people will assume a headcrab is an NPC, people aren't gonna wait to be damaged before attacking.

As for the role itself, I agree it should be taken from donators as it's not finished. Though if you expect a replacement one, it'll be highly unlikely.

WHat you can do is make them start out as a zombie instead or just give them a completely different whitelist.

Starting them out as a zombie would be unfair, I had the headcrab whitelist in the beta and I had no issues in roleplaying with the role especially in the QZ zone. Once I latched onto someone and won the fight, I got turned into a zombie and continued from there.

There is no zombie functionality either. If we had Parakeets Pill Pack or a way to put other people in-control of VJ Base NPC's we could have the faction completed, and even have more types of player-controlled enemies for events, rather than having staff do everything.

It's neat when people roleplay with your headcrab. But boy is it difficult trying to make them stay in place long enough for you to write out a /me. Sometimes you can even manage to write out a /me but they'll just keep running away anyway.

The joys and pains of the unfinished role.

(Also xen frog whitelist when)

Not a bug, the headcrab faction does not have this functionality, it's primarily meant to be RP'd as it's a P2L faction
