Heinrich pursued his dreams and excelled in academia, earning a scholarship to a prestigious medical school in Stuttgart. He was deeply committed to using his skills for the betterment of humanity, hoping to alleviate suffering and make the world a healthier place. However, as he progressed in his studies, the oppressive rule of the Combine began to cast a dark shadow over his aspirations.
At first, Heinrich wasn't too sure about the Combine. He had seen many people get arrested or relocated. He was also torn apart from his family, losing the only connection he had. Not seeing or hearing from them for many years to come. He decided to use the only knowledge he had to earn himself a living, and so he applied for the Civil Medical Union back in City 24 District 43. He was accepted into the Civil Medical Union with open arms; Doctors or surgeons or Qualified Staff were missing, and Heinrich was there at the right time for the right place.
After many months of working in the Civil Medical Union, he slowly but surely climbed the ladder of his career and he became a Senior Doctor. After many more months and Research Projects, was he promoted to Dean of Research. Had then recruited Researchers & revived the Research Division of District 43, and began working as an Administrative Function rather than as an actual Researcher. His work ambitions and work ethic didn't go unnoticed, as he was quickly recruited by Jenifer Measroe into the Ministry of Progress. He was given a new Salary and Title, with more work coming along the way.

I haven't seen you for a while now, and I am worrying about your safety. You are probably currently working on your Research Project. But at least you could show yourself once in a while in the Public. It's not like that you will get eaten by the people. I miss you and your funny approach to things, god. Please just be safe, okay? Everything has changed so much. There are so many new Faces in the Clinic, and I sometimes worry about the time we have spent working there. Was it all for nothing? Will we just be another Cycle of Doctors and Research Staff in the endless Cycle? I can't let that happen...our Research and Knowledge will not be forgotten by the next generation of Doctors. I can assure you that. I just hope that one day, we will be able to talk about the good old times while drinking a beer or something.

I respected you, but I never thought you would point at me and accuse me of something I never did nor dreamed of. Maybe I misjudged you; you aren't so bad after all. You even have some great ideas, allowing me to improve myself in the Collab. Party. I feared you might try to ignore or demote me back to Tier 5. Kura'Nar, there is not much that I know about you, but the time I have spent with you has been excellent; you are an exceptionally hardworking vortigaunt, and I am glad that you are working in the Research Department again, the former head of this department had kicked us both out which was a big mistake of his. Anyway, he's gone, and I saw the last Research Project you Published. I am looking forward to your Experiments and Research Logs.

I haven't seen you for ages, not in the Clinic nor in the Research Labs. You just vanished into the air, leaving behind your bright ideas and wonderful Projects. I am a bit disappointed, I must say, I was looking forward to seeing more of you, but you sadly made your choice to either transfer to another District or City. Congratulations, you made it, I heard you were promoted to Senior Doctor, and I knew you would bring it far. I often see you working in the Clinic with more Junior Staff, and I hope you pass on the knowledge you obtained through the months and years working there. I still don't see any Logical Reason why that Retard Aleksandr revoked your Tier 4 Status, and I will try my best to help you when the time comes. Just don't get in any trouble in the meanwhile.

I don't know him personally; we are just colleagues, but his work ethic is excellent. He works in the Civil Medical and Research Union and the Ministry of Progress. I barely see him, but he gets his job done. He has been working as the Secretary of Bernard Mulligan back in the old days before District 9. Sometimes I wish we could talk about the old days, but you seem focused on your work, barely speaking with me. Have I done something to you? I think not. I hope not!

Jenifer Measroe, where do I even start? We both met each other years ago, and you were the one who gave me the Interview at the Civil Medical Union back then. Your generosity allowed me to grow inside the CMRU, and now I am working alongside you in the Ministry of Progress. You gave me everything I have today, and I am glad to have a Minister who thinks about his subordinates. With your recent help, did I achieve the impossible.

Sadly I haven't seen her for the past months. I miss her presence and our small Talk. Did you send me here into this Industrial Zone to get rid of me? Was I just a nuisance to you? Ted Kowacks, a good friend of mine, used to work alongside each other in the CMRU back in my old days. He is a nice guy and someone I can trust. It's been a few months since we both talked with each other, with talking, I mean, like a real decent conversation. Time passes so fast, and I can barely speak to him now.

Callum Crown, better known as Herr Krone, is a promising Person who lives up to my expectations. Someone that I can trust and work with in the future. We don't see each other often, but our Alliance holds strong. Helping each other out when needed, what can I personally say about him? Nothing much, we keep a Professional Relationship. I trust him to a certain level, but we aren't really friends yet. He also became the Deputy Minister of Commerce, which is something, Congrats

Your legacy will not be forgotten.
Percival Thatcher also a promising Person who lives up to his name, someone that I can see in the Public speaking to others, but I personally do not trust him yet. We barely speak with each other. The last name I remember he had serious injuries, still working inside his shop. That is some Dedication, but it has been weeks since the last name I saw him.

Arthur Andreevich, I have seen him work in the Clinic for a while now, and he seems like an honest and hard-working man. We haven't had the chance to talk about anything else yet, but I am sure that one day I will have the chance to get to know him better. I will have my eyes on you. Continue with your hard Work Mr. Andreevich. You remind me of someone else. Another Doctor who was also a genius.
Hikari Fujimori, better known as Miss Fujimuji, god do I hate her attitude and her work ethic. Of course, she is my boss, and respect comes along with that title and the position. But personally, I don't like her, and I don't trust her. Maybe because I thought that everyone was working hard, Like Jenifer? It doesn't really matter, and she was once trying to rat me out to the Civil Protection. Well, that was a long time ago, and I think things got a bit calmer between us, but she is far off from earning my trust. My own Work Ethic remains the same, even for a person like her. I will complete my job and get out of her way.
Aurelio Segreto? Ugh, I don't know him on a personal level, but we had a brief conversation about my binder, the Conservative Labours Binder, and the Loyalist Party. He was freshly promoted by Elias Siemens to Tier 4, and I will be keeping my eyes on him since he is working in the Research Division and now is in the Loyalist Party. He also decided to join my binder, which is kind of him. I think he has a few ideas for new Legislation since he was clearly interested in supporting or promoting more funds for the Research Divison, self-interests, of course. Keep working hard, Mr Segreto.

Him working in the Research Department has really payed off, I personally believe that he and Marcus Oswald keep the Department running. I have no idea what the Dean of Research is doing but Vivian will soon have to answer to me. I haven't seen her for the last few months. I don't know what she has been up to. But I will figure that out. Anyway Aurelio is a hardworking Researcher, he is a good future ahead of himself if he keeps his moral and work ethic high.
Babel...a Vortigaunt we met & spoke briefly with each other during many Districts. I believe you were there in District 43 and in 11. Well, I didn't see you during the Antlion attack, but we briefly met again in the Industrial Section of I-24. If my memory is not playing games with me, then I also believe that you signed up for the Research Division. If yes, then I am also looking forward to your Research Projects. You remind me of another Biotic that was Scientifically gifted.

Piofli Kennedy, yeah, I remember that name. He was working in the Civil Workers Union as far as I remember, but I really haven't seen him for the past few weeks. Did something happen to him? I hope not. He was a hardworking man with ambitions. He could have been easily invited into the Party. I hope that he is doing alright. I like to talk to him when I have the time. He seems like a person who can deal with a lot of things.
She informed me about Felix Poelking's death. I don't understand how he died, and yet he is gone forever. She seems like a person who can befriended, and she is also leading her own Binder. I don't have much time left...I need to speak with her before it's too late. I am certain that she knows more about Felix's death. She reached Tier 5 in a very short amount of time. You made a name for yourself within the City. But now you need more than just your Boldness and your friendly face. I am looking forward to our next meeting.
John Walker or just Walker is the current Dean of Medicine in the Civil Medical and Research Union. We both know each other since D47 I believe, I was his mentor. I would say that we both have a professional relationship, keeping stuff work-related. I would like to call you a close friend of mine, even if you don't agree with that. We both went through alot and I know that I can trust you blindly. Yet I sometimes can't get the feeling out of my head, that you are keeping your distance towards me. Did I do you wrong, in the past? I hope not, it's lonely at the top. To be honest with you, I don't have alot of friends anymore. They either got killed or relocated and you don't have to sit alone in your Apartment staring at the TV.. I could be there, we could open a few bottles of Vodka and laugh about the good old times.
Marcus Oswald, a Senior Doctor within the Civil Medical and Research Union, we both know each other back since D11 I believe. He is currently one of the few pillars that is keeping the Civil Medical and Research Union from collapsing. I will personally recommend him to Aleksandr for a Medal. He is quiet skilled within the Clinic as a Physician. I hope that he continues with his work. Our Relationship is only work-related. He reminds a bit of Walker though I must say. Always Disciplined & Organized.
Vivian, I haven't seen her in the last 3-4 months and the organization of the clinic has deteriorated since her absence, she once was a disciplined & hardworking Senior Doctor, ready to prove herself infront of Measroe. I believe that with Measroe absence she has been becoming more and more of a nuisance within the Clinic. Supplies have been vanishing, the supply list wasn't correctly filled out and Medical Staff couldn't access the Quartermaster Area. What kind of Director vanishes after all of these problems appear? Where the hell is she!?!
I don't understand why you turned your back on us, but I believe you had a good reason to do so. I hope that you are alive and doing well for yourself, even though my government is actively seeking your prosecution. You are a man of science, someone I have known since my very first relocation to this city. Stay alive, Dr. Zima. It would be great if we could perhaps meet one day.
