Hello again. I am submitting yet another appeal. I wont bother restating to many of the points I had before, as they're relatively going to be the same with this one.
It has been 4 months I believe since I was banned for charswapping, increased for extensive ban/warn history. I believe I have had more then enough time for the action I did, charswapping. Like I've said in the three appeals before, a permanent ban for charswapping is a little crazy, Arkham Asylum type shit, though I can't really talk on that as I'm not staff, and I'm the one permanently banned.
There is one question I have to ask. In the last appeal, JustDanny had mentioned 'your most recent behavior does not reflect meaningful change and improvement'. I understand what you meant, and it is kind of valid. Though I give a rebuttal. I'm not entirely sure how long I was on willard on my return [I believe it was around a month and a half, if not a bit longer, I could be very wrong] I had not gotten any warnings in that, my roleplay was good, and I was following the rules all until the vengeful day, the day the clocks stopped ticking.. The charswap. This was a mere lack of judgement, I was in a spot in the sewers and I was very confident that civil protection weren't gonna go in the sewers, and didn't think it wouldn't be an issue if I was never going to be caught down there. [and, according to my information I was right. Unless I was lied to.] My original stance also remains, I could of just been hit with a pm 'Hey hop back on your character', but whatever, whats done is done.
I'd like to say my behaviors back THEN compared to NOW are vastly different, pardon my french, but I am nowhere near as retarded as I was back then. I believe I'm able to return to the community, mainly because I wish to participate in the 'Sector War' as that looks cool as shit, lowkey.
