I had that issue before and not just once. And the only way for me to get on the server was to validate my integrity of cache and completely reinstall Gmod, and that's every time I wanted to hop on and play. Either way, this is your regular Gmod bullshitery and it'll fix itself sooner or later.
I remember you telling me about it. That it could be a result of the V2 models being introduced. If that's the case I don't know what could be done.. you tried reinstalling, clearing caches, I've shown you tons of steam posts about this and none have helped. I don't even know if factory resetting your PC would help.

Till then I guess find a temp server, play solo and make pics or make machinimas, work on a masterpiece character bio, or artwork, etc. and just keep up on the forums and discord. Just try every single 'fix' you find online.
