Be an autistic light bulb salesman who travels around the city with a brief case and suit (Think reviewer brah) who tries selling his bulbs around town. He has a terrible case of garlic breathe and is insanely sensitive to bright lights and will zone out if in a room with flourescent light bulbs. Deep down he has a passion only rivaled to that of the US Postal services Oath to sell the "Good" people of C24 exceptional light bulbs at an affordable price (Given he just bought a decent stock of the underperforming yet effecient low wattage bulbs he HAS to sell them back by the end of the month to make back his money.

Needless to say while he has made poor economic decisions he prides himself on being incredibly charismatic and overcomes his short comings despite having a problem with the bottle (Bourbon being his drink of choice)
