How to plan an expedition?

I have been wanting to plan a small scrapping expo for awhile now with a few low level rebels. Escape the city through the sewers to some warehouse to scrap it for equipment. Who would I talk to to plan for this expo? Do I message an admin on the discord with plans for it?

Yeah, Expeditions have been sort of a back and forth debate about how exactly they function.

We might come to a conclusion regarding exactly how they are ran in the coming weeks (after the third or fourth meeting on the matter).
