PARTI HYPER-RÉPUBLICAIN DE CITÉ 24
"Glory to our Benefactors, glory to Arceneaux."
IDEOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONSUnder the leadership of the city administration and the party, Hyper-Republicanism is first and foremost a more liberal alternative to the majority of other ideologies that have flourished since the establishment of the New World Order.
Above all, the party must represent a solid base for the social construction of the City, and must do everything in its power to keep the city away from the infighting that tends to parasitize public life.
To achieve this, it is essential for everyone to maintain unwavering support for the policies defended by the Party. Internal unity is the key to meeting the challenges of the future. That's why the only Party executive position not subject to election is that of President. Such elections would be pointless, and cause more problems than they solve. Indeed, it would allow administrator Arceneaux to freely exercise his politics without fear of being prevented from doing so by secessionist coalitions.
The word and the prerogatives of the Hyper-Republican Party must be disseminated with the support of the Party's Local Leaders in the various Districts, as well as with the support of other parties and their members. Indeed, it's only by ensuring that all political forces outside the party fervently defend Hyper-Republican ideals that can preserve the socio-stability. The cornerstone of Hyper-Republican politics.
This idea is the same as the policy currently in force concerning the various institutions run by the City 13 Administration. All forces emanating from the ranks of citizens must, whether they be simple workers or tradesmen who are members of the CWU, researchers or doctors from the CMRU or from any other form of leadership, follow in the footsteps of Hyper-Republican progress.
It is only through unwavering loyalty to the Union, our benefactors and the city administration that we can continue to prosper as individuals, but above all prosper as a community in the Hyper-Republican ideal around our president Arceneaux and our Benefactors.
Of course, we mustn't forget that Hyper-Republicanism couldn't exist without the Union, nor without the unfailing support of our Benefactors, nor without the immense trust placed in us by Doctor Wallace Breen. It is for this reason that we must be at one with planetary politics and act accordingly, but above all coherently. Eagerly.
Our Benefactors brought us so much since its arrival that it is our duty to repay it in every possible way. This is not a question of blind, unreasoned obedience, but rather of sincere fervour and a strong desire to invest oneself in our union, and everyone must follow this prerogative to the letter. Of course, the Party has no desire for absolute power, nor for the bloodthirsty dictatorship that certain traitors to the Union have created in the past. But to defend these interests, the city and all its citizens, it is the duty of every Hyper-Republican to uphold the integrity of the party. Division, whatever its form, cannot be tolerated. Endless debates between policies that are far too different will only lead to an immense waste of time and an internal tearing apart that will end up toppling socio-stability.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL AGENDA
1. TITLE ONE: A strong economy to guarantee our future.As the old adage goes: money is the sinews of war. City 13's administrator was the perfect representative of the Party's expectations in this regard. Indeed, administrator Arceneaux was quick to embark on a policy of revitalizing the civilian industrial sector after the war, as he quickly saw the need for self-sufficiency, but also the immense credit that a strong industry would bring to the city. City 24 must adapt the economic model and begin to rely only on itself, with no interference in its economy, after the swift change in administration.
2. TITLE TWO: The City's internal security must be preserved.
The greatest pride of Hyper-Republican politics is undoubtedly its ability to respond rapidly to all forms of terrorism and crime within its jurisdiction. Theparty is convinced that a population cannot thrive in an unhealthy environment where anti-citizen vermin proliferate. To defend its citizens and ensure them the best possible living environment, Hyper-Republicanism has not ruled out the possibility of taking tougher action in City 13 to safeguard socio-status. We pledge to work closely with the authorites in City 24, and support them in their endeavours.
3. TITLE THREE: Keeping the institutions upright.
Corruption is one of the worst scourges the Hyper-Republican Party has ever faced. At every social level of the city, everyone may one day be inclined to become corrupt, or corrupt others. This underhand practice must of course be hunted down and severely punished and crushed.
4. TITLE FOUR: Dissemination of the hyper-republican thought.In order for Hyper-Republican thought to flourish, our ideology must be disseminated under the best possible conditions. Within Ciy 13, most forms of thought dissemination are made available to the Hyper-Republican Party. This includes radio broadcasting, the city television channel and existing newspapers. We will begin to inform institutions about our cause, and provide a socio-economic model that not only brings prosperity, but remains true to hyper-republican ideals.
Hyper-Republicanism cannot exist without complete autonomy. A party under the tutelage of a third party, is no more than a lifeless toy to be waved around at will. In the same principle as for the economic issues, it is essential that the party and the city administration retain their rights, untouched. We cannot claim to preserve a population from dangers, if we cannot preserve our legislative system from both inside and outside threats.
