i got banned from a CWU workship since something happened and someone told all of us to spam /help

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: I didn't know I was going to get banned someone told us to spam /help for admins to come since we all rped multiple actions and nobody came to change stuff around. I am honestly sorry and it wasn't intentional at all it also wasn't for anything bad I just have no clue and did it since someone said so and I didn't know the director's name.
