so i looked on willard server and it said there was 20 people on there, but the server has a password and there wasn't just admins, there was normal users too!

It's probably CCA settling down before the launch to not be confused on the first day,. CP's and business owners will also be let into the server as well for training, propping etc.

There's people on to add props to their stores, and CCA to set up their factions.

Store owners, faction leads, and staff have access to the server.

We're opening on the 16th. Those people were preparing stores/factions/etcetera
