Suggestion: Improved custom script creation

Description:

Staff are able to create custom scripts for players and events, these scripts don't have any in-game function asides from being souvenirs and paperweights. However, this could be improved so that staff could create custom scripts that have functions, for example:

currently, if a staff member creates a custom script, they are limited to the following options for customizing the script:

-Model
-Material (material can be changed by right-clicking the script in your inventory after you create it)
-Name
-Description
-Size (you can only make scripts that are 1x1, 2x2, 3x3, 4,4, and 5x5, no custom sizes like 1x5.)

Should this suggestion be implemented, creating even more detailed scripts would be possible, staff would create a script like normal with the /create custom script command and would be able to further customize the script the same way they are able to change the material of the prop (by right-clicking it in the inventory a drop-down menu would appear). After clicking on the drop-down menu, a list of detailed customization features would appear, such as:

-Is it edible?
-Is it food or a drug? (this would determine the length of the boosts and debuffs, food boosts last longer than drug boosts and vice versa.)
-Does it spoil?
-What sound does it make when you use it?
-Does it give any boosts or debuffs if consumed?
-Does it restore hunger or thirst if consumed?
-Does it add or reduce spore sickness if consumed?
-Does it restore or damage health?

the script creation command could also be edited to allow for scripts to have custom sizes, like 2x3 or 1x5, etc.

This is merely an idea of how it could work and what commands would be available, I don't know how to script anything for Helix so I don't have a clue how difficult it would be to add something like this.

Why should this be added?

-It would allow stores and vending machines to sell custom foods that players create (players could make auths or tickets to get custom consumables and after buying a shipment with credits or making them with ingredients, the staff could create the item to the player's specifications and use the duplicator tool to create more.
-It could allow the CMU and BRI to create interesting medicines and drugs, what if the BRI did a project to create a drug that gives you long debuffs while also removing some spore sickness?
-It would allow GMs to create interesting custom scripts for events, imagine the civil protection sweeping an apartment complex and finding a drug lab with dangerous experimental drugs that make you incredibly hungry and thirsty while also giving large boosts?

We should convert this entire system into a menu (similar to gm tools) that can let you make custom items.

I do think its possible, and I don't think it'd be too hard to convert what we have into something much more customizable. The main issue I see is that we would have to be careful who has access to this, as it could now be used maliciously. EX:

Imagine some GM gets over zealous and makes a bunch of over powered custom items. They could circulate, then cause a number of problems.

That shouldn't stop us from doing it though. Lets just make sure that when we do it, its done right.
