Let’s start off simple:

This is not to be confused with a Contact Shot (A contact shot is a gunshot wound incurred while the muzzle of the firearm is in direct contact with the body at the moment of discharge. Contact shots are often the result of close range gunfights, suicide, or execution.)

- Not only would you break fearRP to resist, move or even attempt to apprehend the perpetrator. You would also have a .357 shaped hole in your cranial canal opened to the freshly oxygenated air at 1,450 ft/s (440 m/s).
But you’re special! (in the head)
And get the bright idea to try and dodge the impending mind-blow. So now you enter a race between bullet and… Yourself? No, gravity- if you we’re to try and duck from your attacker’s barrel, your body can only descend with an acceleration of 9.8 metres per second. Not liking those odds? Lets give our scenario an even more ridiculous twist- You’re ducking at free fall velocity (Near the surface of the Earth, an object in free fall in a vacuum will accelerate at approximately 9.8 m/s2, independent of its mass. W/o air resistance)
So you attempt to dodge an object coming at 440 m/s by moving 53 m/s
Even at MAXIMUM point blank range (3 feet), it still would not equal nearly half of the required velocity to match the bullet.
(I’m all for a fair fight, but I’m more for realism.)
There obviously should be restrictions in place when you are able to do point-blank/contact shots, esp. if the victim sees you draw. (The real element here is the surprise- so almost always this execution should be done with the victim unaware and facing the opposite direction, unless tied or defenseless)
TLDR: Point-blank/Contact Shots are inescapable and should be treated different to normal encounters ESPECIALLY if the attacker initiated RP at point blank range.
What is Point Blank Range?
Definition - In forensics and popular usage, point-blank range has come to mean extremely close range (i.e., target within about a meter (3 ft) of the muzzle at moment of discharge.
This is not to be confused with a Contact Shot (A contact shot is a gunshot wound incurred while the muzzle of the firearm is in direct contact with the body at the moment of discharge. Contact shots are often the result of close range gunfights, suicide, or execution.)

Can you evade point-blank/contact shots?
Let’s think up a scenario here: You’re a slightly malnourished citizen or a physically fit civil protection unit (it doesn’t matter), and you’ve just had a snub nose revolver pointed to the back of your head, Bollocks!- Not only would you break fearRP to resist, move or even attempt to apprehend the perpetrator. You would also have a .357 shaped hole in your cranial canal opened to the freshly oxygenated air at 1,450 ft/s (440 m/s).

You get shot.

What’s the point?
To incorporate point-blank/contact shots into the server; and for the attacker to freely choose wherever the shot may land. And in the instance it be a headshot for the victim to die instantly unless otherwise is voiced by their attacker as it is absurd to think someone is going to survive a bullet to the brain, nevertheless retaliate.
