A distress call was caught on the southern fringes of City 24; malignant, anti-civil forces have taken out an Universal Union outpost. CP Trauma 3-3 deployed and scouted out the area, finalising and reporting that the outpost is in a repairable state. Your district was chosen for their Civil Workers, Civil Protection and accompanied by Legion ‘Ares’ to restore the outpost to full functionality and find out who these attackers were.

Ethan Miles is a rather calm, polite, and honest soul as well as a sleep-deprived member of the Civil Workers Union.
He tries his best to do his part for the community by assisting his fellow workers and citizens in any way he can, though, he is far from perfect.

Brief summary of your Civil Workers Union character:
From Slum Dweller to Civil Worker, Earl has come a long way. After a dangerous encounter with an elusive creature dubbed "The Pink Panther", he immediately decided to quit traversing through the slums and sewers. The encounter leaving him indefinitely paranoid of the location. After this event transpired, he made the decision to throw out all of his tools and materials in his possession and apply to the Civil Workers Union. He decided this would be a much better life for him, he'd be able to provide food for himself more often, be able to make connections with more trustworthy people, and improve his standing in the Combine hierarchy. This would undoubtedly be a better life than risking spore-infection in the sewers. Then we come to present-day. Earl still reflects upon his past life, often casting shame on it when he talks to people about it in person. Currently he is a strong worker, carrying out his duties with ease and being a reliable worker to fall on.

Harmless - She is unable to take someone's life unless pushed to the extreme limit.
Bold or stupid- some may call it, she is able to run trough danger to save someone if it comes to it.
Professional and caring- She's a good doctor, having graduated so young as a nerd and the best of the class, her knowledge upon medicine is pretty high.
Loyal- Despite once being a rebel she never took a life nor wanted too, she only seeked to help those in need, with or without the union's help. She won't rebel agains't the combine

Should my character be removed at any point and the Event Manager state so, it can't be appealed.
