Bug Intercom use

1. Bug: Using the Intercom of a Faction allows you to see their Frequency
2. Description: Simple as that. When you go the CMU for example and speak through the Intercom, you can hear their frequency and their words. You cannot talk in them though only listen to everything they say

had this issue too, its a serverwide thing. this needs a fix asap
