Fixed ISD Radio does not work

As stated in title; when activated in inventory the ISD radio does not allow access to any kind of ISD radio text channel.

I've heard of this bug as well. I demand this be fixed immediately before I get involved.

I get the error on main server but not on my own client server.
I'll see if it's fixed after AP, some jank going on atm.

Seems like its not on master then. Simple fix
