I was asked to try and appeal this so I might as well.

Name of the Admin you were banned by: RAD-X or Goose, I am not sure.

How long is the ban for?: Permanent

The reason you were banned?: Flagged off after becoming an accessory to a robbery

Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Because it feels a tad bit.. needless to me.

I am okay with finally going to my corner of shame and sitting out the cake because there was a half-formal ultimatum, but this time, to be frank, it was not anything serious that unfortunately brought me into this situation again.

My mind was racing and I was not thinking straight at all that night, where I was afraid of a possible snitch with a Russian giant. I ordered the possible snitch to get on the wall because she did not comply for her own reasons, when asked about it nicely. As I was preaching to her on the wall, I was fearing a sweep was going to happen due to this complication, I told the man to deal with it and take something from her if he just so wishes, and that I may buy it later. This is where I took off toward the subways to flag off, having not even thought about the word 'robbery' for the duration of the scandal. It was a fatal mistake, especially since I may have miss-phrased something in the heat of the moment which highlights the staff team's reasons to put me back in this load.

What does not help that not possibly even an hour before I received a verbal warning from another situation where I tried to capture a rebel character on my loyalist, but instead it got more than complicated with the player having to leave, me not wanting to make a fuss without hesitation agreed upon making things simple and going with that, where a couple rules were broken. I don't know about the latter so much though.

It was not a good day for me, and I believe I should've just stayed off the server that day for unrelated personal reasons. But like I said, I'm more than willing to sit the sentence this time but still, the gravity of it feels somewhat unnecessary when eyeing the new and odd circumstances.

Toddlers touch hot plates trying to see if they're hot and proceed to burn their finger and from that experience learn not to do so again, but the world doesn't let off that easy and unfortunately, it's more than likely that ones finger is doomed to slip and get burnt again later.

I shall respond as the banning admin.

Whether you feel it was needless or not, you were told any further warns, no matter the reason, would be a permanent ban. I simply followed through on this promise. I’ve heard previously that you’ve caused several issues, some of which stretching back to the first time I was staff here before my ‘retirement.’ I feel as if you’ve been given enough chances, at least a lot more than we give others. I don’t see a reason for special treatment here when you were warned prior.

I understand it was late, your mind was racing, all that stuff, but that hasn’t ever been a valid excuse for breaking rules. My final opinion is that this ban should remain.

As much as it sucks to say, but Joku, you've had more than enough chances to set yourself straight in understanding our rules. We can only give you so many opportunities to convince us of being capable to behave and follow our guidelines, though you've spent all those chances.

I suggest you take your time off and do something else, or try out a different community for once. You may appeal in the future, but that isn't now. I won't give you a rough estimate, but some considerable time will have to pass.
