Hello, I'd like to begin by saying that what actually happened that resulted in a permaban was extraordinarily moronic, but I've accepted it. I do not condone my language and offensive banter in the previous appeal toward the ex-staff member in question that issued the ban as it was, for all intents and purposes, unprofessional of me.

The folks here won't stop bugging me to return on my forum profile, Discord and Steam, so here we are again a month later pretty much. Let me know what we can do.

Considering the previous appeal was denied purely (or at least mostly) due to the wording used and the attitude towards the staff member who issued the ban, I would say an unban is in order. As mentioned, the comments that were made were completely uncalled-for, but as I understand it, they were made without thought in the heat of the moment. It's only natural for someone to get frustrated after being banned for what was previously explained as game issues, not to mention the co-operation that Hawke showed after he rejoined. Hawke has contributed a lot to this community and I personally don't think his legacy should end like this.

I kind of lost track of what I was meant to say here and ended up just defending Hawke in his own appeal, but what I meant to say is +support for this, if +support's even matter on appeals. I'm technically not even staff, I probably shouldn't be replying to this. Eh, whatever it's 4am.

After a brief discussion with the staff team, I've decided to only extend a formal warning to you for the rather toxic comments you made on your previous appeal. The validity of your initial permanent ban, as you say, is questionable, to say the least, so I see no good reason not to lift it.
