Javichu's ban

So, what I'm looking for here is any evidence that might make Javichu's ban seem valid. Right now with the evidence given by Rad-X, I'm not convinced at all and I'll explain why. Also, please don't immediately close this. I was told to make this and assured I'd be able to dispute any claims you might make

Javichu was banned for what was pretty much toxicity and harassment, as well as having many previous warns. I'll post screenshots of his appeal, although you can probably already see it.


Great, there's clear evidence that he harassed protect... Right? Sexist comments, laughing at her pfp, etc. Well.. no.

The only thing in this that relates to Protec is the ?avatar.
The messages in caps were directed toward Gyran, who took absolutely no offence to them whatsoever.
The Fatma comments were because the conversation shifted to Fatma. Nothing more.

So, with the context added, I can't see how this was at all harassment. Hell, Protec calls Javichu a 'Fucking idiot'. Wouldn't that be more worthy of a warn?


Seeing how Javichu had been forum banned after posting about this, and how there were no rules against discussing staff decisions in discord, I decided to do so. I'll admit I was a little immature about it at times, but I was also a little annoyed about what I view as a blatant misuse of someone's staff power.

The replies from Rad-X don't make it much better, either.

Insulting members of the community for discussing what they view as a false ban isn't something that, in my opinion, a CM should be doing. If the community disagrees with a decision, you should attempt to convince them that the decision was correct instead of shitting on them.

I fail to see the complaint here? Like, what is the point of this thread?

He was way over his warning limit already and in general has been a big pain in the ass for the staff team. If this really bothers you so much, we can rename his permaban for 'reached warning threshold' but it'll change nothing to the fact he is staying permabanned.

I'd get annoyed too if I were Rad at people constantly questioning us getting rid of toxic members in this community who keep breaking the rules time and time again. Especially in the manner that you brought it up. So, really, as my initial question;, what are you trying to achieve here? Right now I only see this as an attempt at making more drama over something that is done and over with.
 
I don't understand why he wasn't perma banned before, that's my complaint.
 
Maybe we can get a list of all his warnings?

That's just the discord ones. Can't hop on the server RN but there's warns there too. And the appeals may be used as well.

I'm arguing about someone being banned for harassment despite there being absolutely no evidence showing that's what they did. Staff shouldn't use 'drama causing' as an excuse to stop people from disagreeing with them.

I disagreed with a ban that was given, as the reason was quite clearly false given the evidence I was shown. So, I was told to make a complaint and I've done so. Are we not allowed to disagree with staff here? Is that a new rule I'm unaware of?

I'd still like to know why out-of-context and entirely unrelated screenshots were used in an attempt to prove he was guilty of harassing someone. There's still no proof he did it.

I'll change my post from "Why was Javichu banned?" to "Why is a CM using out-of-context screenshots to ban people with a false reason?" if you insist.
 
The person he was banned for harassing says he was “barely involved”

I understand that nothing I say is gonna result in him being unbanned. But, why was he banned? If he never harassed anyone and the given evidence shows he didnt do anything, why does his ban reason talk about harassment?
 
Look.

I will be blunt. javichu has multiple warnings on record surpassing both the new and old warning limit for a perma ban. There is no negotiation in this matter. No complaining on this matter and no debate to be had. This is wasting staffs time. This thread is locked and do not bring it up again.
