Why do you wish to be unbanned?: Firstly I’m terribly confused as to why I was banned in the first place, as I genuinely don't think I did anything wrong other than log on at a bad time. Honestly, if there are more underlying issues other than this situation I'd be happy to talk about them, and in all honestly, I'd just like to RP again.

Do you have any picture or video evidence to support your reason?: No, but Logs showing I never even went near the pit? Nor did I even mention any character-related deaths?

Were there any witnesses who can help in this appeal?: @Oi Susy! and @HOKI perhaps? I was with them since I even flagged onto the character pretty much, along with HELIX-7 (I think?)

I have been left rather confused about the reason for my ban. I have received some very basic information from the Staff team and would like to know what or how exactly I meta gamed and everything surrounding that.
Generally speaking, I would like to have a look into the evidence against me. Or at least get a reason as to why no one even came to ask me about it at all. Because honestly a quick log check or a literal PM asking wtf was going on could have cleared this up easily.
I think it would be decently clear that I haven't metaed in any form by easily looking at logs and even asking HOKI and a few others who were in PT-99 at the time. All I did when I logged on; was stand in the courtyard because I walked in on a rather funny scene of Robust as his admin char foolin' around with a few other Cops. The next thing I know I'm in a sweep then banned in the sewers for 'implicated metagame'

First and foremost, Oi Susy has been permanently banned from Willard Networks after their stunt regarding banning all staff from the VICTOR Discord. As per rules, we voted on their status and the ban I handed to them was extended indefinitely. They will not be able to appeal that due to their actions. Private Discords are a hot topic in the community right now, but generally speaking we ask that you allow at least one member of staff into the Discord and have all channels visible as a sign of good faith. Unfortunately, Susy not only banned Robert and RAD-X around a month prior, but Susy also went on to ban several members of staff including RL Victor for their involvement in the investigation. This was a move against our policies. Their opinion will not matter as per this appeal.

Prior to the Investigation, we received multiple reports of Civil Protection behaviour tanking, especially a specific squad - VICTOR. We had not only reports of minging, but liberal use of racial slurs and OOC terminology that shouldn't be IC. This was excused as just being a part of off hour gametime, to which I kinda agreed upon that excuse and it was forgotten. Until, I received two Staff BOLs in the space of a week. Then a third an hour after I had woken up.

I'll be frank with you JK. I don't know you personally, but I do know your behaviour. I've had several staff members document VICTOR's behaviour over the last month. So, let's go through exactly what lead to your ban and blacklisting from Civil Protection, as same to Atlas - To which no doubt they'll read this too. Perhaps what you didn't know during this investigation is that we had full access to VICTOR Discord. Something you seemed to have forgotten in the moment.

After Atlas/Dej's respective verdicts and PKs, I received an interesting screenshot from two unnamed parties.




This is probably the most straightforward appeal that I've ever had to deal with. Not only were you all in VC together, but after Atlas' PK, both Susy AND yourself messaged within VICTOR Discord that you were both getting on. (Before you argue times, these were taken in two different timezones.) That's already metabait, considering you should have no knowledge of what is going on IC while away. But, people talk, obviously from you being in voice chat together. So, let's go further in.

You and Susy joined literally minutes after I dropped both parties down the shaft. That already is suspicious, even without the screenshots I have, but Susy then proceeded to B-Line straight for the pit, to which I allowed an IC Interaction before I pulled them away. Upon request for an excuse as to why they did so, they initially tried to call foul by saying "That they showed up on the CP Visor beforehand.", but once I explained I had just watched them connect and be in that area within just a few minutes, Susy admitted to metagame and I banned them for a week as per rules. As I discussed above, this was then extended permanently after their actions were taken.

You were banned in tandem with this case because not only were you involved with the investigation, but the actions you took in that instance proved to me you do not care enough about our guidelines to follow them even when something going against your grain is currently taking place. While I have no evidence, I have reasons to suspect that after I threw the towel at Susy, they most likely told you to do something else to try and save face. Your dewhitelisting came shortly after because you were on the last straw with Memesky anyway due to your IC/OOC Behaviour. Following this you decide to message myself:-



You "Just joined because you haven't all day." Yet I have you 10 minutes prior telling VICTOR Discord that you're getting on with Susy after learning that both parties were having verdicts handed out to them. Were you lying to me in this instance? It doesn't really matter, but against better judgement - I'm going to waiver what you said here, as there's much more pressing things to discuss.

During your tenure as a CP, you broke 4 rules repeatedly. Rule 1, Rule 7*, Rule 11 and Rule 13. I will make it clear now that I no longer accept "This was during off hours" as an excuse, because not only myself, but several members within the playerbase and staff witnessed this at peak hours too. This is first and foremost not representative of the extensive list I had to go through. There's easily four to eight pages of logs of you doing this, at all hours of the day, in peak and in off hour timezones. I will update as I gather more. This is what ultimately put you on Memesky's radar, and what gave you a staff BOL multiple times.

Furthermore, you did something that I consider very dangerous. You've been routinely mixing IC/OOC Behaviour for the last couple of weeks, so when I was informed that you had ICly started up an investigation into a unit for sexual harassment, I immediately sank in my chair. If you had been IC this whole time, I wouldn't have given it too much credit - The problem is you mixing these things so much can cause IC accusations to be flaunted OOC and potentially damage an individual's reputation. This situation has no bearing to your appeal, but I'm mentioning it to show you visually just how caustic some of your actions had become. I had two people come to me with the same concern. As it turns out, with some digging, the harassment came from an off-colour joke. I agree it may not have been appropriate, or said at the right time, but it doesn't warrant an investigation like that - Especially when many argued that Civil Protection wouldn't take it seriously anyhow.


Metagame, false accusations of metagame, potentially targeting players, IC & OOC Behaviour. I told you to appeal, and this is why. If you can't recognize what you did wrong here as Civil Protection and as a player, I have little hope for you obtaining your whitelist back. I can't make the final judgement, but I will be tagging @Maroon, @Memesky & @NEYO to add to this post to clarify additional information.
