Why do you want them to be banned?: Metagame.

So basically i found a guy that i had given some equipment to, in exchange for his help, wich he didn't bring me, and instead just decided to run away (Stealing it). Then, the next day, i found him with Mr.Morales (played by Joku). And the situation ended up on a gunfight started by me, shooting only at the guy that stole from me. In that same gunfight, for some reason, Joku decided to side with the thief instead of with my character, wich had actual rp with him.

This wouldn't seem sus at first, but then you get to know that the "thief" was @Ansty wich had a rebel pk'd some days ago, and this character was created the same day that he was pk'd (Giving it at max 3 days to rp with Morales). From that you can start piecing things together, as they were both in the same rebel group before with other characters, and they are friends OOCly, so the only explanation i can find to him siding with that dude instead of with my character is that, OOC reasons.

How long do you think they should be banned for?: He has 7 warnings, so up to you. (Still if it isn't a ban, just keep an eye on this guy couse this isn't the first time)

Joku has already been banned, though not for the reasons listed in this appeal, which after investigation, did not constitute a breach of the rules. I'll be archiving this.
