Subject: Luca Carusso
Convicted of: 505, Evasion
Prior to apprehension:
Subject was apprehended during an attempt at faking his own death in January. Subject was formerly Tier-5 but was demoted to Tier-2 for incompetence. Surrounded himself with the late Elias Siemens and Callum Crown, both assassinated by insurgents. Had meetings with an M-C-P inspector who supposedly offered a fresh start due to the subject's poor criminal record.
Interrogation:
Subject seemed relatively willing to give information regarding the circumstances of his capture, however less so when questioned about the individual J. Hyde. Upon further interrogation techniques and information from HERO-13, subject confessed to have spoken to two confirmed "Sentinels" insurgent group leaders K. Ellis and J. Hyde, having no knowledge they were such, but having spoken to, and knowing the affiliation of, two other "Sentinels" insurgent group members - a 4'10 black male called "Tiny" and a rogue unit revealed to be UNION-57 - A. Kalinska and having seen another rogue unit with a rank leader uniform, both instances were in the condemned zone.
J. Hyde and K. Ellis are deceased, for context. HERO-13 gave the information that both J. Hyde and K. Ellis named the subject before amputation.
Post Interrogation:
Subject passed Civil Protection driven preliminary assessment for Combine Conscripted Reserve. Handed off to M-C-P for further evaluation.
