I really don't think we should make AA an official faction; simply because they are meant to be conscripts sent to the outlands to kill/fight rebels.

Honestly, It doesn't matter if the artoria arm isn't permanent but just make them appear in events,short-stories and expedition against rebels forces once in a while after it's gone
