The Ministry of Civil Protection and its' agents have been tracking a series of what can only be described as 'train heists.' Across the Eurasian continent, prisoner transports have been returning diminishing inventory without anything to show for it.

Except for one.

While lacking the style of the Old Wests' heists, these have been no less of a thorn in the sides of City Twenty-Four's prisoner transportation systems. After a series of interrogations followed through on the Main Server, the Ministry has finally discovered the source of these thefts, and is set to prepare a detachment of Civil Protection officers to board the train before it can reach its' final destination.
