Amidst the plaza of City 24,

A statue of Breen stood serene,

But on one fateful day, a tragic scene,

A French princess woman hung herself, all seen.

The weight of oppression too much to bear,

She chose death over a life of despair,

Her final act, a powerful affair,

A statement against the Combine's snare.

Her name may be lost to time,

But her legacy lives on in rhyme,

A reminder of the struggle to climb,

Out of darkness and into the sublime.

So let us remember the sacrifice she made,

And the message she so bravely conveyed,

That even in the darkest shade,

Hope and resistance cannot be swayed.
