Duplicate Language and Radios

Just a little QOL thing, and something that'd actually make sense. Allow us to utilize language with radio frequencies. An example, perhaps John Rebel wants to communicate over the radio with Russian. Sure, they could to "[RUS] yadadada" but that opens things up to meta. Or a cremator, who can only speak in Imperal, wants to communicate over OTA-TAC. Should they have to open themselves to nearby meta?

Just a thought.
