BUILD. BACK. STRONGER.

BUILD. BACK. STRONGER.
DISTRICT ELEVEN!
Suffrage knows no bounds. The City largely sits in ruin and much has been lost, both material and personal. And despite our hardships, we have been presented a great opportunity: A city free from the wills of the Heartwicks, a monarchy who has long reined and done little to aid the Everyman, at times even actively seeking to harm them! Through our combined, united efforts, we can:
BUILD. BACK. STRONGER.
We as Collaborators, as Laborers, and as True Citizens must come together, bound not by hate of ones' neighbor and fear of death, but through our hopes and aspirations for a future amongst the stars.
THE VISION!
A fair, equitable and hospitable Geneva, where men of all walks may live without fear of going hungry grace to the actions of fringe elements, and where he is welcomed and encouraged to ascend the rungs of collaboration, so that he too may stand amongst the hallowed halls of the Security Council and help govern the city he cares and loves dearly. A City not governed through fear but through love for one another, for love of the Union and our Benefactors. The future needs us all, and all willing must be assimilated into the body, without prejudice and without shame. Those reluctant must be taught the merits through love, and those who wish to do away with love entirely must be met with hate.
CAMPAIGN PROMISES & GOALS!
1. The Geneva Breakfast Program, entitling laborers a small meal at the end of their shift in recognition of their hard work, so that they may come back stronger for the next.
2. Housing or shelter for those recently arrived to our district, so that they need not sleep under bus stops and in doorways. More importantly: So they are not forced to take shelter with fringe elements.
3. Establish business grants to promote and help jumpstart up-and-coming businesses within the District who demonstrate themselves as supporters of the cause and help serve the Community.
4. A revitalized and progressive Collaborators handbook that emphasizes uplifting the lower echelons of society and teaching them the merits and benefits of Collaboration. The future is built united not divided.
5. Shift the barrier of entry into the Party away from simple good behavior and high social credit, instead favoring those who actively preach the tenants of the Union and who look to uplift others in the Community towards the merits of Collaboration. Luxury should be based not on blind loyalty but on intrinsical effort put into the cause.
6. The creation of new job opportunities for the citizens of our District, both in my Administration and in other departments and Ministries.
7. Increase apartment occupancy where applicable to ensure safe housing for all while decreasing rent cost by distributing it between more individuals, allowing for residents to enjoy their hard earned credits a little more.
8. Establish events that serve to promote the merits of collaborations, alongside public hearings where the Citizenry may make known their concerns and issues with the City in the public forum without fear of recourse. Deaf ears cannot correct daily woes.
9. Lobbying for the abolishment of draconian Heartwick-era policies our Administration still upholds to this day, voted in by members of the Party, some of whom still serve!
Some policies in question:

Some policies in question:
PRIVILEGE REVOCATION ACT (Specifically section 3)
THE WILKINSON MORALITY
EXTENDED PROVISIONS
10. Curb the rampant xenophobia growing amongst members and departments of society targeted towards other humans. Let man prove himself before we move to judge him. One does not hang the son for the actions of his father, nor a man for the actions of his countrymen; these are backwater beliefs best left to the dark ages where they were first born.
