GENEVA!
Long has the Everyman suffered under the boot that sees fit to punish the many for the sins of few, and to what end? Those new to collaboration try their hand at working for the Union, only to be denied basic necessities grace to Insurgents, forcing them into the slums for scraps from the very men that caused their punishment, where they can be sequestered with magical thinking and seduced with sociocidal idealisms!
We as collaborators should work not only to serve the Union, but to bring others into the fold, for a Union is weak divided! It is important we differentiate the Everyman from the Terrorist, and it is equally important to differentiate the Underclass from the man seeking to turn his life around in service to the Union. Let not our prejudice shun those who wish to collaborate! Love thy neighbor and love thy City. Hatred begets hatred just as much as violence begets violence!
THE GOAL!
FOR THE EVERYMAN:
The introduction of a breakfast program for the hard laborers of our city, allowing those who commit themselves to productivity to be ensured a meal even if rations have been restricted.
Relocation housing for the new arrivals coming from far and wide to our fair city, so they need not sleep in the streets or in the dangerous decrepit complexes of indigent, where they may be exposed to threats both alien and human.
Eliminate the prejudice and stigma surrounding those of lower tiers. We are all working towards the same goal unless proven otherwise by our Protectors.
Establish business grants to promote and help jumpstart businesses who display themselves as loyal proponents of Unity and Collaboration or who intrinsically benefit the district and/or City as a whole.
Increase maximum occupancy of individual apartments to ensure adequate housing for all.
Establish pension for brave members of the OSF after their service has concluded alongside their pre-existing rewards.
Work closely with all Departments, Bureaus and Ministries of the City to ensure all are doing their part to create new and varied job opportunities for the fair citizens of our city.
Public events with the aim of spreading the merits and benefits of Collaboration as to ensure the Everyman is informed and remembers that which he toils for.
FOR THE LOYALIST:
Instill a culture of bringing those beneath us up. Loyalists are paragons of what we as a society ought to aspire to, and thusly they should seek to encourage us to pursue that end.
Reward program for those who go out of their way to uplift members of society and steer our citizens towards the path of Collaboration and Unity.
Revitalizing Loyalist functions and events to serve more as a celebration of our achievements and strides of progress rather then behind-closed-doors parties and banquets.
Fostering a more morally-inclined and compassionate outlook for those beneath in the ranks of the Legislative Assembly.
Increased job opportunities in the District Administration, work with me to bring about true Unity.
